Frequently Asked Questions

How does the application process work?

First, you'll complete the application form. Once you submit, you'll be directed to book your discovery call immediately. On the call, we'll walk through your application, explore what you're currently moving through, and feel into whether Essence 1:1 is the right fit. If you qualify and it's aligned for both of us, we'll discuss the investment and next steps to officially reserve one of the five monthly spots.

How much time will i need each week?

You'll have 60-minute private sessions either weekly or biweekly (depending on the cadence that best supports your integration). Between sessions, plan for about 1-2 hours per week to work with the practices, reflections, and integration steps we choose together - this is where the real embodiment happens.

What support do I get between sessions?

You'll have access to me between sessions via email or text, so you're not holding everything alone as you integrate. I respond within 24 hours during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm CST). If you're moving through something deeper and need extra support, we can also add additional integration sessions as needed - such as sound healing, or a Spiral Flame Session - to help you clear, stabilize, and stay anchored in your process.

Who is this not for?

Essence 1:1 is not the right fit if you're looking for a quick fix, a passive "feel good" experience, or a program you can skim without showing up for the work. It's also not for you if you want someone to tell you what to do or make decisions for you - this container is designed to strengthen your self-trust, intuition, and sovereignty. And if you're not willing to be honest about what's no longer aligned (and release old identities, patterns, or relationships), this won't support you in the way it's meant to.
